Brisbane Airport fast track guide

A Brisbane Airport (BNE) fast track pass costs $35 per person and typically saves 15–45 minutes compared with the standard line. It covers International Terminal, Domestic Terminal, and the busiest period to plan around is early mornings & queensland school holidays. Book online in a minute, choose arrival, departure or transit, and your digital QR pass arrives by email with instant confirmation. Show it on your phone at the priority lane; there is no membership or app to install, and everyone named on the booking goes through together.

International and domestic terminals at BNE

Brisbane Airport has separate international and domestic terminals, about 2 kilometres apart, linked by the Airtrain and a free terminal transfer bus. They are not connected on foot, so it matters which one you choose. The international terminal handles all overseas flights; the domestic terminal handles flights within Australia.

Select the terminal that matches the flight on your booking. If you are flying from Brisbane to another Australian city and then overseas, your Brisbane departure is from the domestic terminal.

What the service helps with

On an international arrival, your representative helps you through the arrival steps: passport control, baggage reclaim and biosecurity screening, using priority access where the airport offers it. On departure, the service helps you through security and outbound immigration. Brisbane is busiest in the early morning and during Queensland school holidays.

Moving between the international and domestic terminals is not part of the standard service. If you need help with that transfer, book transit and add a note with both flights.

Meeting point: Your exact meeting point, your assistant's name and a contact number are shown on the QR pass we email after booking.

Flight details we need

To arrange your service we need the flight number, the flight date and time in Brisbane local time (AEST, which does not change for daylight saving), the terminal, and the number of adults, children and infants. A mobile number is useful so the assistant can reach you on the day. All passengers on one booking stay together through the process.
