Evenings 18:00–23:00 & early mornings 05:00–08:00
A Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) fast track pass costs $45 per person and typically saves 30–90 minutes compared with the standard line. It covers Main Terminal, Concourses A–G, and the busiest period to plan around is evenings 18:00–23:00 & early mornings 05:00–08:00. Book online in a minute, choose arrival, departure or transit, and your digital QR pass arrives by email with instant confirmation. Show it on your phone at the priority lane; there is no membership or app to install, and everyone named on the booking goes through together.
Bangkok has two airports. This pass is for Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), the main international airport east of the city. It is not valid at Don Mueang (DMK), which mainly handles low-cost and domestic flights. Check the airport code on your ticket before booking.
Suvarnabhumi has one very large main terminal with concourses A to G. International flights use the passport control halls on the arrivals and departures levels of this terminal.
Arrival immigration at Suvarnabhumi is famous for long lines when several long-haul flights land at once. The pass gives you priority access through the immigration hall, then you continue to baggage reclaim and customs as normal.
On departure, the queues are at outbound passport control and the security screening that follows. The pass gets you into the priority lane for both; all bags and passengers are still screened. Transit passengers can use it at the transfer security checkpoint.
Meeting point: Your exact meeting point and the name of your assistant are shown on the QR pass we email after booking.
The worst waits usually build in the evening, roughly 18:00 to 23:00, and again early in the morning between 05:00 and 08:00 when overnight flights from Europe and the Middle East arrive. Thai holidays such as Songkran and the December–January high season add to queues.
The Airport Rail Link connects Suvarnabhumi with central Bangkok, running from the basement of the terminal to Phaya Thai station. Public taxis are dispatched from a queue on level 1 of the terminal, and ride-hailing pick-ups use designated points nearby. Allow at least an hour for the road journey into the city at busy times.
Before you arrive, complete any entry documents required for your nationality and keep your passport, return ticket and hotel address handy for the immigration officer. Visa rules for Thailand change from time to time, so check the current requirements before you travel. Departing travellers should check in at the row printed on the departures screen in the main hall; the international passport control entrances are at both ends of the check-in area. Families with young children and travellers with a tight onward connection gain the most from the priority lane. Each traveller should be listed on the booking.
