A representative meets you at Bali Denpasar and helps you through the airport process, with priority lanes where available.
Afternoons & late evenings, July–August and December
A Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) fast track pass costs $35 per person and typically saves 15–45 minutes compared with the standard line. It covers International Terminal, Domestic Terminal, and the busiest period to plan around is afternoons & late evenings, july–august and december. Book online in a minute, choose arrival, departure or transit, and your digital QR pass arrives by email with instant confirmation. Show it on your phone at the priority lane; there is no membership or app to install, and everyone named on the booking goes through together.
Travellers call it Bali airport, Denpasar airport or Ngurah Rai International, and all three names refer to the same place: the DPS airport on the narrow neck of land between Kuta and Jimbaran. There is no second commercial airport on the island, so if your ticket says DPS, this is the page for you. The airport has a separate international terminal and domestic terminal a short walk apart.
When you book, choose arrival, departure or transit and enter your flight number and the flight date in Bali local time (WITA, UTC+8). We use those details to place your assistant at the right terminal and to follow your flight if it is early or late.
On arrival, your assistant meets you and helps you through the arrival formalities, using a priority route where the airport provides one. International arrivals can be busy when several long-haul and Australian flights land together in the afternoon and late evening, and the walk from the gate to the immigration hall is long.
On departure, the service helps you through the departure checks towards your gate. Connecting between an international and a domestic flight, for example onward to Lombok or Labuan Bajo, means moving between the two terminals, so book transit and allow for check-in on the second flight.
Meeting point: Your exact meeting point, your assistant's name and a contact number are shown on the QR pass we email after booking.
This booking is airport assistance only. It does not include an Indonesian visa, a visa on arrival fee, the Bali tourist levy or any customs or health declaration, and it does not grant permission to enter Indonesia. Check the current entry rules for your passport and arrange any e-VOA or levy payment yourself before you fly. Officers still check every traveller; the assistant helps you move through the process, not around it. Hotel transfers and porter fees are not included unless your confirmation says otherwise.
